This notice explains how agentnative ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

agentnative is a sole trader business providing AI workflow consulting services to workflow-heavy teams. You can contact us at howard@agentnativeco.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company name, and the message you send us.
  • Email correspondence — any information you share when contacting us directly.
  • Website usage data — we do not currently use analytics cookies or tracking scripts.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help.
  • Communicate with you about a potential or existing engagement.
  • Send follow-up information you have requested.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited marketing.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to your enquiry and conduct our business. Where you have given explicit consent (for example, by requesting information), we rely on that consent.

Contact form and third-party processors

Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which receives and forwards form submissions to us. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

How long we keep your data

We retain your contact details and correspondence for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers who help us operate (such as Formspree), under appropriate data processing terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis for processing).
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website does not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising. The embedded video (HeyGen) may set cookies when played — these are governed by HeyGen's own privacy policy.
